“Stand back everyone, I’m from Cincinnati!”, I yelled, intelligently, at the frightened masses huddled inside of the aeroplane cabin, their faces ugly with fear.

There I stood, alone, amidst the crowd, looking over a rather broken man, who was gasping in pain, clutching at his own hideously twisted form.

“Just what does being from Cincinnati have to do with medical emergencies?” huffed she, a rather pointy-faced old lady, who by the tone of her voice, and the sheer stupidity of her question, was obviously from Toledo. [the rest of this story at The Miskatonic Archive]

Get Lost

Monday, February 16th, 2009

A while ago, I made all these random 404 images from the works of Gustave Dore. The 404 pages themselves rotate these images at random, along with titles, descriptions, and flavor texts which are also randomly generated.

I had sort of hoped that they would make getting lost at The Miskatonic Archive an addictive experience, thereby nullifying my need to write actual content for the site. Unfortunately, not enough people get lost or misdirected.

For those who do not know how to get lost, I linked the above image to a corner of nowhere on the Miskatonic Archive. Please, if you have the time, give it a try.
