It is still strange how central these social networking sites have become to most of our lives.
Stranger still how loosely we define ‘friends’ these days or what merits being counted as a best friend anymore.
That so many people treat all these friends as fans, for such a broad variety of reasons, would be a source of amusement if it were not so annoying.
Wait… I am suppose to know or care who you are because you cried on video? play a sport? have 45,000 friends? look decent in alternative clothing? look decent out of it?
I think we are mostly over the early part of the decades that huge rush of women seeking to be famous for simply having a vagina, and I think most people are becoming too intelligent for the friend collectors seeking fame solely through their ridiculous friends counts.
I am hoping that within this next year or so people will be so incredibly burned out on social networking sites and all the stupidity surrounding them, that this page will make no sense a few years down the line.
I threw some of my favorite entertainers profile pics into this page, because something had to go there.
